Requests for Funding
Funding requests are submitted to the PTA for approval via our Deputy Head, Mrs Newell. We try to accommodate all requests, but sometimes cash-flow dictates we need to prioritise or partially fund requests. Final approval on all requests received and ratified by the PTA is via our Head-Teacher, Mr Bown.
In order for any request to go through, our quorum vote is 4 PTA members. Almost all requests are agreed at PTA meetings, but occasionally if a request is urgent, quorum is reached via email. Below details a summary of our approved spending to date.
