The School Fund
One of the ways the PTA supports learning at St Paul's is by providing a regular sum of money to the school each month to meet the cost of all sorts of small but essential items. This is known as the 'School Fund' and we ask every family to contribute to it as they can afford.
The School Fund is used to buy all the extras that make learning and development more interesting and relevant to the children but which the school cannot provide from its own budget. Every child in the school benefits from the Fund.
We are aware everyone's budgets are stretched and as such have not increased the suggested amount requested last academic year - £15.00 per family. If this is too much to afford, any amount you can spare is very welcome. On the other hand, if you feel able to contribute for each child at the school, that would be most generous!
There are two ways we are able to accept donations:
1) cheque via the school office or 2) online via BT My Donate by clicking on the purple button below. If you do opt for online, you might like to consider making a regular small donation of a couple of pounds a month – every little helps and we aren't fussy how it arrives!
Cheques should be made payable to 'St Paul's PTA' sent via your child/ren's teacher or the office in a sealed envelope marked PTA School Fund. If you are a UK Taxpayer, please complete the Gift Aid form overleaf and include this with your cheque. Alternatively, be sure to complete the Gift Aid Declaration online when prompted. An extra 25p per pound will be added to your donation courtesy of HMRC, so please do complete it if you are eligible.
Thank you for your continued support. Your donation really does make a difference to every child's learning experience throughout the academic year.
